we understand plans can change. This policy ensures transparency for cancellations.
1. Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel via call or WhatsApp.
Standard Cancellation Timeline:
- More than 72 hours: 100% refund (excluding fees).
- 48–72 hours: 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours: No refund.
- No-show: No refund.
2. Cancellation by Company
- Bad weather or safety issues
- Technical or operational issues
- Government restrictions
In such cases, we offer:
- Full refund OR
- Rescheduling OR
- Alternative service
3. Group Bookings
- Cancel at least 7 days before for partial refund.
- No refund within 7 days.
- Rescheduling depends on availability.
4. Partner Bookings
- Hotels/third-party services follow their own policies.
- Refund depends on partner terms.
5. Refund Timeline
- Processed within 7–10 working days.
- Returned to original payment method.
- Gateway charges are non-refundable.
